The Senior Center will hold its monthly jamboree and jam session from 1 p.m. to whenever on Saturday, Jan. 12. Bring your music, yourself and a lot of fun. Snacks welcome. For more information, call Bob Dyer at 224-2998.

The Community Closet will host Safety Sunday from noon to 2 p.m. on Jan. 13 at its 416 E. Park St. location. The group has partnered with the Greater Gallatin Safety Coalition to offer a safe car seat clinic with a certified child seat technician, who gives regular clinics at the Livingston Fire and Rescue. Free car seats will be offered to those who meet eligibility requirements.

The Trustees for Park County Rural Fire District #1 will hold a regular monthly meeting on Monday, Jan. 14, 2019. The meeting will be held at 304 E. Park St. in the training room. A full agenda will be available on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019.

The annual meeting of the directors of the Sister City International Educational and Cultural Exchange Program will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 16 in the Bev Steveson Meeting room at the Livingston-Park County Public Library. At the annual meeting, the directors will elect from their own number a president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. The officers will submit in writing at the annual meeting a full report of the work and finances of the organization to be presented to the community.

The Park County Historical Society will not meet during the months of January, February and March. Its next meeting will be held the evening of April 11 at the Park County Senior Center.
