Art Walk, Studio Tour on tap

If it’s the fourth Friday during a summer month in Livingston, it must mean it’s time for an Art Walk.
Hors d’oeuvres, beverages, new exhibits and art works in all media will all be available during the Livingston Gallery Association’s August Art Walk Friday set for Aug. 24 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at galleries throughout downtown Livingston.
Art Walk
New exhibits and events on the August Art Walk include:
• Danforth Gallery, 109 N. Main St., hosts a reception marking the Park County Studio Tour, which takes place this weekend.
• The Frame Garden, 110 E. Callender St., displays “Form and Function,” a variety of mediums by Lander, Wyo. artists Cache Fross and Matti Snodgrass. The couple use recycled and repurposed materials in much of their work, a Livingston Gallery Association news release said.
• Livingston Center for Art and Culture, 119 S. Main St., continues its exhibit from “Plein Air on the Yellowstone.”
• The Osborn Gallery of Fine Art Photography, 119 W. Callender St., shows a new exhibit of large-format photography, “Livingston People,” a new series by Robert Osborn.
