The Park High Rangers girls softball team hosted the Hardin Bulldogs on Thursday afternoon in Livingston and the Rangers starting pitcher Ava Malone was on her game. Malone pitched the Rangers to their win giving up just seven hits as the Rangers defeated the Bulldogs 11-4. Malone threw 85 pitches for the game with 58% of her pitches thrown for strikes. It was her best game of the year and showed what she is capable of when she’s in top form. Malone threw first pitch strikes to 23 batters and was able to induce 14 ground outs.
