Life throws a few obstacles at us from time-to-time when we least expect it, and for the Lady Gardiner Bruins that happened a couple of weeks ago when they had to cancel three games due to COVID-19 contact. Just as Coach Darr’s young team was beginning to gel and play as one, they had to take a few days away from the court. And on Saturday afternoon the Bruins just couldn’t find that key defensive stop, the critical offensive run they have been known for this season, as the host West Yellowstone Wolverines held on to beat the Bruins 51-46.
