Construction worker identified in fatal I-90 accident near Livingston

A construction worker suffered fatal injuries after being run over Monday afternoon on Interstate 90 near Livingston, according to the Park County Sheriff's Office.

Park County Coroner Al Jenkins identified the victim as Kathleen Lee, 52, of Troy, Montana. She was employed by Sletten Construction. 

The sheriff's office responded to the incident at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the closed portion of a construction zone on the interstate at mile marker 333, according to a news release.

Park County Rural Fire, Livingston City Fire, the Montana Highway Patrol and the Park County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.  

The Park County Sheriff’s Office is currently working on the investigation and requested the assistance of the Montana Highway Patrol, according to the release.
