NorthTown Livingston’s apartment complex proposal will be considered by the Livingston City Commission Tuesday night, and a public hearing will be held.
NorthTown Livingston’s principals Bill Muhlenfeld and Matthew Faure have requested a zone change to allow higher-density housing on about five acres of undeveloped land off North Ninth Street. The current zoning, R-II, allows single family and duplex construction. The principals have applied for a change to R-III zoning, which allows multi-family units. They propose to build 14 four-plex units.
